Servelec, a leading provider of digital care software, and Wellola, an innovative patient-facing communications platform, growing in the UK and across Europe, have signed a partnership agreement.

The partnership will see Wellola’s patient-facing portal platform integrate with the Servelec Rio EPR, enabling the flow of information between the two. The solution will save healthcare providers time and resources, and allow workers to focus on the delivery of community-based care.
Wellola gives organisations a straightforward way to deploy patient-facing technology to support the secure sharing of clinical and administrative information between patients and their healthcare providers.
Enhancing Servelec’s Rio offering, the new partnership is one of many, enabling NHS Trusts and local authorities access to a wider range of digital products and services.
Pamela Weeks, Director of Corporate Enablement at Servelec said:
We’re delighted to partner with Wellola and enhance the patient facing solutions we can offer our customers. By working closely with innovative technology providers, we aim to transform digital health and social care and ultimately provide better outcomes for people in the community.
Sonia Neary, Chief Executive of Wellola said:
We are delighted to sign this partnership agreement with Servelec. Servelec’s presence in mental health and community in the UK marries nicely with our work with mental health and community organisations already in Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe. We were accredited onto the NHS Digital DFOCVC framework last month, already have a strong installed base of independent practitioners in the UK and Ireland, and the Servelec partnership opens up opportunities in mental health and community within the NHS, which are areas of healthcare that can benefit hugely from the types of digital services we can offer.
