I-AM (Inspiring Neighbourhoods CIC) Choose Wellola As Their Client Communication Platform Provider

Wellola is delighted to announce that it has been selected by Inspired Neighbourhoods Group, a community anchor organisation working across Bradford district, to deliver a Client Communication platform, putting more power in the hands of service users when it comes to managing their care.

The new Client Communication platform will enable Inspired and Active Minds (I-AM) to deliver enhanced client-facing services (mental health, wellbeing, regeneration programs and facilities), in Bradford and nationwide, including the ability for service users to manage appointments, complete online forms and receive vital educational resources. It will enable a digital oversight of the planning, provision, and utilisation of I-AM services by the service user, their GP and other key professionals. It will provide a platform for digital referral to I-AM for the first time and for the service user to select paid-for and public services, self-report changes in symptoms and voice new needs to access further support.

Mrs Lucy Mairs, Chair, Inspired Neighbourhoods Group said:

The collaboration marks the start of our digital journey here at Inspired Neighbourhood group; this is an exciting step forward in streamlining our well-being services, enabling us to reach and support more people. Our digital health platform is not just about technology; it's about empowering existing and future patients and improving their well-being.

The project will deliver on the long-standing change in service expectation and principle of ‘choice and control’ aspiration common to the strategies of health, mental and social care services. This collaboration offers further testimony to Wellola’s ability to meet the needs of both primary and secondary care providers, working across public and private care settings.

Sonia Neary, CEO, and co-founder of Wellola said:

Wellola greatly welcomes the opportunity to leverage its cutting-edge technology to support I-AMs mission, to provide professional, affordable, personalised and accessible therapy services for anyone struggling with issues in their lives at a time and place or online to suit their needs. We are working toward a more joined up experience for citizens, who typically find themselves engaging with multiple aspects of the care system in a very disjointed manner.

The implementation is currently underway with a view to a nation-wide deployment over the coming months.
